I would like to start with the great customer service I received from Patricia. I was unsure about what hair I wanted and she showed me a wide variety of hair samples which meant choosing my hair so much easier... I then took the hair to my hairdresser who was shocked at the great texture of the hair the softness of the width and excellent results once died. The was no shredding. 4 months later and it's still looks and feels great.

Wonderful and friendly staff. Great grade A unprocessed hair. No shredding or tangling. Dye and bleached hair twice no problem still feels and looks great. Definaitely returning great hair at affordable prices.

Hey, I've been a customer with RCL hair and they never fail to provide amazing hair! I normally purchase bundles but today I got a wig! Love it love it love it can't wait to wear it over the Christmas period! ? Thanks LadiesXx

Rcl literally has the best hair, very full never sheds, such good quality. Best customer service, very approachable, they have next day delivery and also give the option to come to their ware house and feel the Hair your self. Simply the best

I sometime read good reviews and wonder if they are true or not ,,,,, this is a honest review on my experience from RCLH , the quality of the hair is amazing , the most important thing is the genuine 100% fantastic customer service that i received , Julie was happy to answer any question ( i had a lot ) always so helpful genuine and honest , if julie wasnt around then Patrica was happy to help ,,, I cant express enough how professional Julie is As i said this is from my personal experience and i felt so strongly about the servce i received that i wanted to write a review thank you xx

I found this company by chance it was recommended to me by a hair stylist whi was going to make me a wig. What a hidden gem i have found. Not only do they sell hair but they also make wigs. So far I have had two made for me. Julie who makes the wigs, and Patricia who runs the office are so welcoming polite friendly and professional.They attention to detail that Julie does on the wigs is absolutely fabulous. But the most important thing is they want you to be happy with your purchase, even if they have to remake the wig. They make you feel valued as a customer. The price is extraordinarily reason.(remember the quality of hair will last you a good 5 or 6 years and with care a lot longer) real human hair.I cannot express how highly I would and have recommended them to colleagues at work and my family (just the girls?)Please please give them a go. You will not be disappointed.They are now my go to if I need a wig. I'm only sorry I could not give more stars.A extremely happy customer

I have been using RCL hair for years on and off depending on whatever hairstyle I’m doing. What keeps me returning to RCL, as the only place where I get human hair from. Is the extremely high quality and really good durability of the hair. Although RCL hair is expensive, it honestly is worth every penny. For example, a wig I made with RCL hair, almost 10 years ago is still as good today as it was 10 years ago!Julie and Patricia are very professional, friendly, helpful and patient and really provide fantastic customer service where they do go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Julie also dyes hair beautifully, she recently dyed hair I purchased from them and to this day, I’m getting regular compliments about the hair and colour. (I made a wig with the hair). Honestly you won’t be disappointed with RCL hair.
