Although we will be pleased to let you know when the actual length is longer than the nominal length; for example where a 10 inch bundle is actually closer to 11 inches, because it depends upon the braids length when finished on the weft. In our example the length does not reach 12 inch, we will sell it as 10 inch.

We have a special collection of longer lengths, which can be up to 38 inch or 40 inch long. However, if you want to order this special length please contact us to check stock, as it is difficult to collect and so not always in stock.

Sometimes shade 1# (black) is available naturally, but be warned: natural black is near-black, not the jet black that is found in chemically dyed, processed hair. Most of the hair is in the natural shade of 1B. About 20% to 30% of the hair is in shades 2# / 3#, only about 5% of the hair can naturally reach shades 4# / 5#.

We are offering the best virgin hair in the market, with each weft coming from only one single donor; which means that each bundle is unique with its own texture characteristics, from silk smooth, to medium, to coarse.

You may well prefer the soft and smooth feel of silky fine-textured hair, but fine hair will give less volume and so need more bundles for a silky dead-straight look, it will not hold any curls for as long a time and it is less strong for coping with any chemical processes such as bleaching.

Coarse-textured hair will give far more volume and is stronger to withstand any chemical processes. Some customers like this texture because they want a hair type that will complement their own natural hair and react similarly to heat, humidity, rain, etc.

A balanced choice is to go for medium-textured hair; which will have good volume, hold any curls for longer than finer hair and give a bouncy fly-around-the-face look! As a result, most of the hair we sell is medium-textured.

Yes, RCLHair can take bleach very well and also can be dyed in any colour you prefer.

Although we recommend that this should be performed by an experienced salon colorist, also please note that not all hairdressers are trained as a colourist. If you want to bleach or colour the hair yourself, just be sure to use a good brand and carefully follow the instructions on the bleach or dye package, and use after colour treatment or conditioner afterwards.

Each bundle is approximately 100g. The weight of the real hair is dependents on the environment, so if it is kept in a dry room hair can lose its natural moisture, and so be lighter in weight. This can happen when stored in a heated room, or when exposed to sunlight.

Lengths between 8 inch and 16 inch usually need 2 to 3 bundles.

Lengths between 18 inch and 24 inch usually need 3 to 4 bundles.

Lengths longer than 26 inch usually need 4 to 5 bundles.

When you chose pure virgin hair it is difficult to completely avoid the problem of split ends, which are a common occurrence for people who grow long hair. We are careful to select the best hair as possible at the source, however, occasionally there are bundles where some of the hair may have split ends.

Our top quality virgin hair can last for years and years. However, the wefts may need a little extra support sometimes to withstand the combing, brushing, sewing needle punctures, etc. that can occur over time. If you choose to seal your wefts, please check online for the best sealers to use. Otherwise, use a sewing machine to sew the wefts.

We recommend using a good quality shampoo and a separate moisturising conditioner, not a combination 2-in-1 product.

Also, select a rich, moisturising conditioner. Shampoos are for cleansing and removing residue. Conditioners are for depositing onto the hair. Use them separately. The hair performs best when clean and free of residue. We also caution that a leave-in conditioner used for a few days will create build-up leaving the hair heavy and sticky. So, be sure to wash product from the hair frequently.

We recommend wearing a swimming cap whenever you go swimming. The chlorine or seawater salt will make the hair dry and brittle, just as it does to our own hair. Even using a swimming cap does not completely keep the chlorinated/salt water out.

After washing and conditioning, apply a small amount of heat protection serum, then blow dry the hair (without a diffuser), and using a vent brush to straighten as you go. Afterwards; curl or flat iron for your desired style, but be very careful not to use too high a temperature or keep the iron in one place for too long, which will damage and burn the hair.

We recommend that you thoroughly inspect and examine the hair while it is still tied in the bundle to make sure you are satisfied with the product. Show the product to your stylist if you are unsure. Please do not tamper with the hair in anyway, especially if you have doubts and will like to return it, that means no combing, washing, styling or chemically altering the hair.
– Customers with in the United Kingdom can return the item for a return or exchange within 14 working days of receipt of merchandise.
– We will only consider returns on hair extension products if the bundle is unused and remains untied.
– Merchandise must be received before a return can be granted.
– Shipping, handling and insurance costs will be at the customer’s expense. We strongly recommend that your purchase insurance and signature upon delivery to make sure we safely receive your order.
